Learn Meditation
A practice that goes deeper than words
There is a form of meditation that does not ask you to focus, or visualise, or try. It simply returns you to what has always been there.
An inner stillness.
This is an ancient, effortless practice that works with the natural tendency of the mind to move toward quieter, more refined states of experience. You sit comfortably, close your eyes, and use a personal mantra, a specific sound chosen and given to you through a traditional ceremony by a qualified teacher. There is no concentration required. No particular belief. Only a few minutes, twice a day, and over time a quieter nervous system, a more spacious mind, a different relationship with the thoughts and feelings that once felt overwhelming.
